Develop an automatic wheel heater for cast elastomer polyurethane wheels

Automatic wheel heater for cast elastomer polyurethane. Continuous rotation servos connected to Arduinos to automatically spin the wheels at variable speeds. And a web interface to read the outputs from the Arduino and display and control the temperature of each wheel.
